Holiday Pre-Order Instructions

Black Diamonds make the perfect Holiday treat or gift.
To ensure your order arrives exactly when you want it, please:

1. Add your preferred delivery date in the “Order Notes” box during checkout.
2. Choose a date between December 1–23.
3. We prepare each batch fresh and ship based on your chosen delivery window.

If no delivery date is entered, we will ship your order the first week of December.











Order Today Shipping: 


Our chocolates are handmade and not packaged until your order is received. In determining your shipping date, please allow up to 3 - 5 days for us to make your Chocolate. Once the chocolate is shipped, we will contact you with the actual ship date with tracking number. 
For ground shipping, we have determined that Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation provides the best service. USPS and UPS Priority shipping usually takes 3-5 days to arrive, however the delivery date is not guaranteed. For packages that have to be there in 2 business days, or by the next business day, we typically recommend overnight services.
FedEx will leave a package at the delivery address when no one is available to sign for it. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order.
FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address for 2nd Day or Next Day shipments.
Chocolate Mountain is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses, or for missing, stolen, or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. 
We do not ship to international addresses (yet).
The shipping method you select only affects the time in transit but does not determine your actual ship date.
